2018 Racine Chardonnay Pays d’Oc

Our 2018 Racine Chardonnay Pays d'Oc shines a pleasant gold in the glass and tastes crisp on the palate, with beguiling notes of melon, pear, and yellow apple. These flavors are complemented by a light mineral note and an impressively long finish.

This wine is produced in the famed Pays d'Oc region, an area known for its high quality wines. After climate-controlled vinification in stainless steal, Racine Chardonnay is aged in oak barrels before bottling to bring out its best flavors. This Chardonnay's strong mineral note results from the clay and limestone soils of the area.

This wine is best served chilled alongside fish, chicken, pasta, or risotto, especially with an accompaniment of spring vegetables.
