Racine Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Brut

France

Bright and effervescent, Racine Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Brut turns ordinary moments into special occasions. This dry sparkling wine hails from the South of France.

On the nose, delicate aromas of freshly sliced lemon and grapefruit peel mingle with biscuit dough. The palate is light and airy in feel and concentration, with pillowy bubbles that lift white grapefruit and pomelo notes. Citrus flavors linger while a hint of sweet almond underscores the finish.

“Blanc de Blancs” means “white of whites,” and this wine is composed primarily of Chardonnay (50%), with Colombard (30%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%) playing delicious supporting roles. Grapes were grown in the Languedoc region and picked a bit earlier to preserve their high acidity and natural flavor.

Racine Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Brut will complement seafood, rice dishes, and salads. It’s also an ideal match with salty finger foods like calamari, fried chicken, and popcorn!
